2007 Annual Report
The 2007 fiscal year marked a number of important new beginnings for TVA. TVA's Board of Directors and leadership developed an updated Strategic Plan, focusing on meeting the region's power needs reliably and using sound financial principles. The year included several power demand records for TVA and marked our eighth consecutive year of 99.999 percent transmission system reliability. Another new beginning was the successful restart of Browns Ferry Unit 1 - the nation's first nuclear generating unit to be brought into service in the 21st century. Read about these and other developments in TVA's 2007 Annual Report. (Please click here for TVA's 2007 10-K and subsequent reports filed with the SEC.)
